Digital delivery
- Every paid product is a digital download; no physical item is shipped.
- The download is released only after Stripe confirms successful payment and any required buyer-location or indirect-tax review is cleared.
- Keep the original ZIP and workbook in a secure location. The files work locally and do not connect to a bank or rideshare account.
Replacements and refunds
- Change-of-mind returns are not offered after a successful download, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
- If the delivered ZIP is damaged, unavailable or cannot be opened, contact us for a replacement copy.
- Duplicate charges and orders that cannot be accepted or delivered will be reviewed for refund.
- EU and UK consumers should email before payment so location and indirect-tax treatment can be confirmed.

Scope
The spreadsheets are record-comparison tools. They do not file tax returns, determine deductions, replace original statements or provide tax, legal or accounting advice.
